Delete your Mend data

Last updated: June 2026 · Mend, a TenderLab studio app

Mend (a TenderLab studio app) stores your grief data on your device, encrypted. Here is exactly how to delete your Mend data, what gets removed, and what is kept.

How to request deletion

  1. Delete in the app (fastest, deletes everything local)
Open Mend and go to Settings → Delete all data. This permanently wipes every check-in, journal entry (encrypted), session progress, and your loss type and stage from your device.
  2. Delete your account (if you signed in)
If you used optional email sign-in, go to Settings → Delete account, or fill in the form below. We will remove your Supabase Auth record and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

What is kept, and for how long

We action deletion requests within 30 days (usually much sooner). The request record is permanently deleted within 90 days.

Request data deletion

Use this form to request deletion of any Mend data held on our servers (e.g. Partner sync). We'll confirm by email.

Thanks — your deletion request has been received. We’ll process it and email you to confirm, usually within a few days and always within 30. 🌿
