Privacy Policy

The short version

Your baby's sleep data never leaves your device. Lullwise has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. We do not sell, share, or transmit your data. Ever.

What data Lullwise collects

On your device (local only):

• Sleep sessions you log (type, start time, end time)
• Your baby's name and date of birth
• App settings and premium status

All of this is stored in a SQLite database on your device using expo-sqlite. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

What Lullwise does NOT collect

• No account or email address is required to use the app
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are included
• No advertising identifiers or tracking
• No location data
• No contacts, camera, or microphone access

Partner sync (opt-in)

Partner sync is the one feature that uses a server. It is strictly opt-in and only activates when you generate or accept an invite code. When on, sleep logs sync between the two paired devices, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.

PDF reports

The consultant PDF is generated entirely on your device and shared via your device's native share sheet. Lullwise never receives a copy.

Your controls

• Delete: Settings → Delete all data — permanently and immediately wipes all logs from your device

Subscription payments

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by Lullwise. Their privacy policies govern payment data. Lullwise never receives your card details.

Children

Lullwise is intended for parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers. We do not collect data from children directly.

Changes to this policy

If we ever make material changes, we will update the date above and note it in the App Store release notes. The core commitment — your data stays on your device and is never sold — will not change.
